John founded Fast Mirror in 2015 after ten years of running his own organizational development (OD) consulting company. Prior to starting his own firm, he worked as OD consultant and leader at several Fortune 500 companies including Toyota Financial Services and Option One Mortgage Corporation, the mortgage arm for H&R Block. As the visionary and creator of Fast Mirror, he applies his OD consulting experience to create technology solutions that blend strategy, innovation, and practicality. When he’s not working on Fast Mirror, OD, or technology, you’ll find him wine tasting, spending time with his 2 welsh corgis, or binge-watching the latest true-crime series.
John holds a M.S. in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
Eileen has been a part of Fast Mirror since its inception. She oversees development of all Fast Mirror content as well as marketing activity. Prior to joining Fast Mirror, she worked in various talent development roles at Edison International, and as Senior Consultant for People Talent Solutions. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, multi-rater feedback, high-potential programs, and performance management. When she’s not developing new content for Fast Mirror or writing for the blog, you’ll find her reading other people’s blogs, wine tasting, or playing with her two welsh corgis.
Eileen holds a MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University and a BS in General Studies from New York Tech.
